Company Challenge

Limited public transportation during early shifts left few options for commuters other than a personal vehicle. The company needed a solution that was easy to implement and did not open the company to risk or liability.

Solution:

The company identified vanpooling as a solution that could help address their challenges while contributing to corporate sustainability goals, and quickly saw adoption. After just 4 vanpools on the road, they noticed positive effects, as attendance improved and participating staff took more ownership in their jobs. Employees also saved money and became more engaged with each other. The program has since expanded to provide vanpool options for co-op students as well as employees at a second worksite.
