Eligibility
- All federal employees who participate in the Federal Transit Benefit program – or the Transportation Incentive Program (TIP) – at Naval Station Norfolk are eligible to Commute with Enterprise.
- Service areas include Newport News, Hampton, Norfolk, Richmond, Virginia Beach, Suffolk, Chesapeake, Williamsburg and Petersburg.
